These Terms govern your use of TechDoctor at pulse.chakrakali.com (the “Service”), operated by Chakra / Ark (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TechDoctor is a free production-readiness scanner. You paste a public URL and we read only what is already publicly reachable at that address — performance, security headers, TLS, accessibility, SEO and real-browser Core Web Vitals — plus Google Lighthouse, and return a ranked report. The Service is provided free of charge as an informational tool.
You may scan only sites you own or are authorized to test. You must not use the Service to probe systems without permission, to overload any site, to circumvent access controls, or for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or block abuse.
You can browse and run scans without an account. Saving a report to your account uses our shared sign-in (ArkAuth). You are responsible for activity under your account.
The Service reads a site from the outside and its findings are informational, not a guarantee of security, performance or compliance. It cannot see server-side code, data handling or business logic. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions made on the basis of a scan report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Consultations or remediation work are separate, individually-quoted engagements booked via ark.chakrakali.com/book and governed by their own agreement — not by these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
