The TechDoctor scanner at pulse.chakrakali.com is provided free of charge. Running a scan, viewing your full report, and saving reports to your account cost nothing, require no card, and have no usage charge. Because there is no purchase, there is nothing to refund.
Separately, you can book a paid consultation or remediation engagement with our team via ark.chakrakali.com/book. Those are individually scoped and quoted, and are governed by the agreement provided at the time of booking, including any deposit, cancellation and refund terms specific to that engagement.
If you are dissatisfied with a paid engagement, contact [email protected] and we will review your request in good faith under the terms of that engagement. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law.
