TechDoctor

Know exactly what a production engineer would flag on your site — before it costs you a customer.

TechDoctor reads your live site the way a senior engineer would — performance, security, TLS, accessibility and production-readiness — then shows you the top risks in plain language, ranked by what they actually cost you. You see everything free, up front, with no signup.

Every scan runs Google PageSpeed Insights — Google's own Lighthouse audit, on Google's neutral bench — right alongside our deeper read. Two independent verdicts, not just ours.

How it works

Three steps, nothing to install — a real diagnosis you can act on the same day.

1

Paste your URL

Just the address of your live site. No access, no code, no signup — TechDoctor reads only what's already public.

2

We run two audits

Google PageSpeed Insights — the Lighthouse engine, on Google's own neutral bench — scores performance, accessibility, SEO and best practices. In parallel, our own engine checks what Google can't see: security headers, TLS, exposed paths, outdated libraries and real-browser Core Web Vitals.

3

Get ranked, plain-English fixes

One 0–100 score with a letter grade, your risks ordered by what they cost you, and an honest line on what only a human review can catch.

How we measure — and why you can trust the number

One page can score 55 on a tired laptop and 95 on a fresh one — Lighthouse moves with the machine that runs it. Here's why our performance number doesn't, and where our own read sees what Google can't.

Google Lighthouse

Run through PageSpeed Insights

Your performance, accessibility, SEO and best-practices scores come straight from Google PageSpeed Insights — the same Lighthouse engine behind Google Search's page-experience signals. It's Google's number, shown unedited and linked back to Google.

Why this way

A bench nobody can tilt

Google runs that audit on its own neutral servers — not your machine, not ours. The score reflects your site, not whoever happened to test it on a busy day. Host-independent, repeatable, and impossible to quietly tune in anyone's favour.

TechDoctor's own read

Everything Google can't see

Lighthouse never inspects your security headers, TLS setup, exposed paths or outdated libraries. Our own engine runs right alongside it — plus real-browser Core Web Vitals — so you get the full production picture, not just the Google slice.

What you walk away with

A Google Lighthouse score — via PageSpeed Insights, on Google's neutral bench — for performance, accessibility, SEO and best practices, linked straight back to Google.
A production-readiness grade (A–F) that blends every signal into one number you can track over time.
Your top risks, ranked by real-world cost — security and TLS first, then performance, then SEO and accessibility.
Live-render diagnostics Google can't show — JavaScript errors on load, third-party request count and the real bytes transferred, captured in an actual mobile render.
An honest boundary — the five things an outside scan genuinely can't see, so you know where a human review earns its keep.
A shareable report you can save to your account and hand to your team or a client as-is.

See it in action

Watch a real scan run start to finish — no click to play. Both audits fire, the progress fills, the score counts up, and each category grade reveals, exactly the way it does on your own site.

Built for every kind of site

The same scan reads a storefront, a SaaS app and a marketing site — and speaks to what each one actually stands to lose.

E-commerce

Every second is revenue

Slow Core Web Vitals and layout shift quietly bleed conversions on mobile. TechDoctor puts a number on the checkout experience Google actually measures.

SaaS & web apps

Trust starts at the front door

Missing security headers, a weak TLS setup or an exposed path signals risk to the exact buyers doing due diligence. See what they'd see first.

Agencies & marketing

Proof you can hand a client

An independent Google Lighthouse score plus a ranked fix list makes a credible, unarguable case — and a clear before/after you can show.

Scan your site

Paste your URL and see your score. It's free, and the full report is yours before anything asks for your details.

Real signals only — no fabricated grades. A clean app gets a clean score.

★ Official verdict
Google Lighthouse — Google's own audit

The headline number, straight from Google's own Lighthouse engine on Google's neutral bench — so it reflects your site, not our hardware or the moment you tested. This is the score that counts. Our deeper diagnostic sits below it.

Lighthouse by Google Overall / 100

These scores come from Google PageSpeed Insights — the same Lighthouse engine behind Google Search's page-experience signals, run on Google's own neutral servers, not a machine we or you control. That's the point: the identical page can score in the 50s on a busy laptop and in the 90s on an idle one, because Lighthouse moves with the hardware running it. Anchoring to Google's bench means this number reflects your site — not our hardware, not the moment you tested — and it can't be tuned to flatter anyone.

The deeper diagnostic
TechDoctor's production-readiness read — what Google can't see

Beyond Google's four scores: security headers, TLS, exposed paths and outdated libraries, folded into one grade. It complements the official verdict above — it doesn't replace it.

TechDoctor checks

TechDoctor runs page-quality, security, TLS, and accessibility checks on every scan — no setup, no opt-in. Real signals only; a check that genuinely can't complete is shown honestly, never faked.

Live render — what Google can't see

We load your page in a real mobile browser and capture the signals Lighthouse never reports: JavaScript errors on load, how many requests go to third parties, and the real bytes transferred. The graded performance number is Google's, above.

Deep render unavailable — showing surface signals only.

What a street-view scan can't see

Even with the aggregate plus the deeper read, an outside scan has a hard limit — this is exactly where an automated scan stops and a human review begins. These five need eyes on your code and your data:

TechDoctor tells you what's visible from the street. The Production Readiness Consultation walks through the house.
