TechDoctor at pulse.chakrakali.com is operated by Chakra / Ark. This policy explains what we collect and why.

2. What we collect

• Scan input — the URL you submit, so we can scan it. Scan results and basic metrics are stored to measure and improve the Service.
• Contact details (optional) — if you ask us to send your fix plan, the email or phone you provide.
• Account data — if you sign in to save reports, the email associated with your account (via our shared sign-in, ArkAuth).
• Newsletter — if you leave the “Keep me posted” box checked at sign-in, your email is added to the Chakra newsletter (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we use it

To run the scan you requested, to send material you asked for, to operate and improve the Service, and — only with your opt-in — to send the newsletter. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage on your device

We use local browser storage for things like remembering that an exit prompt was already shown. These stay on your device.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (e.g. email delivery), under confidentiality, and where required by law. The public Google Lighthouse audit is run against the URL you submit.

6. Retention

We keep scan and lead data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
